Publicis Groupe Launching a New Agency Voice on Social

 

Following a rebrand by an external brand agency, LeShop launched as a new commerce-focused agency within Publicis Groupe. I led the creative direction, art direction and design execution of its social presence, translating the new identity into a confident, social-first system across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.

Working closely with the leadership team, I built a scalable suite of assets spanning profile and highlight icons, grids, carousels, templates and platform-specific formats. Alongside this, I directed and created social-first video, collaborating with motion and stop-motion designers and filming talking-head interviews with senior leadership, shaping the visual language, art direction and graphic system for on-screen assets and lower thirds.

I also shaped the social calendar from launch into always-on, balancing brand storytelling with culture and people-led content. This included creating Le Showcase, a recurring format designed to spotlight the people behind the agency and build excitement and belief during the merger.

The work helped establish a clear and consistent visual identity across social, increased engagement and visibility post-launch, and played a key role in introducing LeShop as a distinct agency within Publicis Groupe.
