Renault Designing a Smarter Path to Electric

Renault’s Help Me Choose tool was redesigned to address a user experience that lacked clarity and wasn’t effectively supporting consideration. The objective was to turn the page into a more purposeful product, one that actively guided users towards relevant vehicle options, with a stronger emphasis on electric models.

I led the UX and UI redesign, reshaping the journey to remove friction, clarify decision points and create a more intentional progression from exploration to recommendation. Clearer prompts, improved hierarchy and a more structured flow helped users navigate choices more confidently and reach outcomes more efficiently.

Electric and hybrid vehicles were surfaced at key moments in the journey, reinforcing them as natural, viable options and encouraging deeper consideration. The result was a more focused, conversion-aware experience that aligned user needs with Renault’s commercial goals and EV strategy.
